"Shaken not Stirred" 18 x 24 Acrylic by John K. Harrell

I captured this image from a recent trip to Provence Town MA. This very quaint town on the cape has quite a developed and highly regarded art community. I was enjoying gallery hopping and stopped to partake in the local fare. This restaurant had the most iconic bar which I imagined only existed on a movie set. The friendly well dressed bartender was very adept at his craft and made the perfectly delicious compliment to a day of beautiful art.

When ever I get the opportunity to travel to different cities I take full advantage of my camera and capture fantastic scenes to paint. This is no exception. Walking around the streets of San Francisco in the rain was immensely entertaining and very inspiring.
