As I was painting today I looked down on my painting table and noticed how the key ring and pencils were laying on it and I thought that would be fun to paint. Living in the wonderful state of Colorado I have had the privilege of experiencing so much of its wildlife. On one of my adventures to the Rockies I came upon a family of Black bears, a mother and her two cubs.  When I caught my breath and got my faculties together I snapped a few pictures and got out of there as fast a possible.  When I had returned to my car and looked at my pictures I was so excited to see that I had taken some great ones. The painting above is inspired from those pictures.
