The drizzle started to become more of a steady rain on this day in Paris. All the sudden everybody was in a big hurry to get home and out of the weather. I on the other hand was perfectly happy to stay out in the rain and photograph. I captured wonderful scenes to paint that day.

On this day in Paris I just planed on taking in the sights of the city. It was a beautiful sunny day with out any tourist agenda. All I required was a comfortable pair of shoes, my camera and the company of a couple of good friends and we set out for a full day of what my friends duped shutter bugging. Enjoy the results!

I was on my way back to my Hotel in this little town in the south of France when I saw this lady walking home as well. She was reading a book and walking at the same time. The bag she was carrying had a loaf of bread and fresh fruit in it. She must of come from the same market as I had just visited. I love the relaxed pace of life in the south of France.

I found this scene on my way to Steamboat Colorado. There was a wonderful little cottage just off the highway which had a beautiful pond in the back yard. I stopped just in time to catch the sunset reflected in the pond. The cattails were silhouetted by the back light of the sunset. Breath taking for sure.

I have a passion for Koi and Koi ponds. So, when I come across a good one and can get good photographs of the fish I'm in seventh heaven. The fish are so colorful and the Lilly's lend nice shapes to the composition. This pond was at a Church in my neighborhood.
